Our standard fence is built with 4x4" treated timber posts, sunk 600mm into the ground and set in place using specialist post compound. Using rails and boards of the same quality treated timber our fences are built to last and are ideal to add a bit of security, privacy, acoustic and wind protection to your garden. During our on-site visit we will discuss the boarding style you wish for your fence to be finished in, each having their own benefits:

• Spaced - If your garden backs on to somewhere more secluded or you live in a windy area and have had issues in the past with storm damage you may want to consider a spaced fence. Using 5mm spacers inbetween the fence boards this will make a huge difference in allowing high winds and storms pass by with little to no damage, although 5mm doesn't seem like much it's enough to make a difference.

• Hit & Miss - If privacy is still a top priority but you have had issues in the past thanks to storms and high winds, You may wish to consider a Hit & Miss fence. The fence boards are staggered on both sides with a slight overlap allowing the wind find its natural path through your fence all the while your fence still offering privacy and noise protection.

• Feathered - A feathered fence is the ideal if you're looking for a little bit more privacy, security and wind protection, with a clean and simple approach this style of fence doesn't look out of place and finishes your boundry of beautifully. A feathered fence also prevents quite a bit of noise passing into your garden and is suited perfectly in the UK where the vast majority of property backs onto busy roads and pathways.
